(Platform Only VoIP Software Provider)

1. Status of the Service

1.1. The Service is NOT a telecommunications operator, VoIP operator, phone service provider, or carrier.

1.2. The Service operates strictly as a software platform providing technical tools for SIP configuration and account management only.

1.3. The Service does NOT:

– provide phone numbers
– lease or sell phone numbers
– route or terminate calls
– transmit voice traffic to PSTN
– act as a party to any communication
1.4. All calls are processed exclusively by third‑party licensed telecom operators independently selected and connected by the Client.
2. Client Responsibility
2.1. The Client independently:
– selects SIP operators
– enters into agreements with operators
– configures call routes
– manages credentials and access
2.2. The Service does NOT control:
– call destinations
– call sources
– call content
– purpose or context of communications
2.3. The Client is the sole party responsible for legal compliance and lawful use of the Service.
3. Caller ID Disclaimer
3.1. The Service does NOT generate, modify, or spoof Caller ID.
3.2. Caller ID information is transmitted exclusively by the Client’s selected SIP operator and depends on that operator’s technical and legal policies.

3.3. The Client confirms that:
– only numbers legally owned or authorized by the Client are used
– the Client has lawful rights to present the Caller ID
– no misleading or deceptive identification is performed
3.4. The use of bank numbers, government numbers, emergency services, or impersonation of third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Use (Zero Tolerance)
The Service may NOT be used for:
– fraud or scams
– social engineering
– impersonation
– banking or financial deception
– phishing
– threats or harassment
– spam or robocalling
– mass unsolicited calling
Any violation results in immediate service termination without refund.
5. No Monitoring or Knowledge
5.1. The Service does NOT:
– listen to calls
– record conversations
– analyze audio content
– identify call recipients or intent
5.2. The Service has no technical capability to assess the legality of individual calls.
6. Logs and Data
6.1. The Service stores minimal technical data only:
– access logs
– system events
– error diagnostics
6.2. No call audio is stored or recorded.
6.3. Data may be disclosed only upon a valid court order under applicable law.
7. Law Enforcement Cooperation
7.1. The Service cooperates with authorities strictly within legal obligations.
7.2. Only data actually available to the Service as a software provider may be disclosed.
7.3. The Service bears no liability for Client or operator actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. 8.2. The Service is not responsible for:
– operator restrictions
– legal claims against the Client
– service interruptions
– regulatory consequences of Client actions

9. Jurisdiction
9.1. The Client is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
9.2. Lack of legal knowledge does not exempt the Client from responsibility.
10. Acceptance
By using the Service, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms and acknowledges sole responsibility for usage.
